Special Pho, $14.95, huge portion, great broth. Family owned, very nice service. Thought it was pricey, but the size of the noodle was huge, was able to share with my daughter.

My husband is recovering from tongue cancer and is just starting to eat again (he has been tube fed for several months). He finds Wor Won Ton soup the best meal for him at this time.
During a trip to Lethbridge, we invited friends to join them for a meal and they recommended Song Thau Vietnamese Restaurant. It is in a small strip mall on the north side of town. It is very nicely decorated and we were greeted by a woman who is likely part of this family owned business.
We had been trying Wor Won Ton in Edmonton and we were amazed that this small restaurant in Lethbridge had, without a doubt, the best soup we had tried. The secret is in the broth since most restaurants insert similar ingredient into the broth. This broth was rich and delicious. We are also looking for lots of veggies as well as other meats. The soup was full of chicken, large juicy shrimp, BBQ pork and other seafoods along with plump won tons. The serving was very generous, enough to share.
I ordered the charbroiled chicken salad which is like a Bun (rice vermicelli bowl) but without the noodles. They can be ordered on the side. It was also a large portion (particularly given that the plate wasn't half full of noodles). It is was very delicious and I would definitely order this again, especially for the price. -

Amazing food, great service! Nice environment to eat in and quick take out of needed. The portions are huge and worth every dollar!
